VOIP IC card payphone is a good solution for callshop or some country which has no coins. With a card reload machine ( card-writer ) , user pay to call-shop manger money , and the manager put the value inside a card . When the user finish his calls, if he want to refund his money , the callshop manager will get back the card , return the balance , and reset the card .
